캐나다의 전통 음식 Canada's National Dish(Eng & Kr)

캐나다는 다문화 국가이기 때문에 반드시 전통 음식을 가지고 있을 필요는 없습니다. 하지만 여러분이 캐나다의 전통 음식이 무엇이냐고 묻는다면 캐나다 사람들은 보통 메이플 시럽이나 푸틴이라고 말합니다. 푸틴은 감자튀김, 치즈 커브 그리고 그위에 그레이비가 올려져 있는 퀘벡주의 음식입니다. 캐나다에 오게되면  푸틴을 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있는데, 거리에는 다양한 종류의 푸틴을 파는 가게들이 많이 있습니다. 제가 한국에서 지낼 때, 많은 사람들이 캐나다 전통 음식이 무엇이냐고 물어봤습니다. 저는 푸틴이라고 말해주었고 그들은 정말 푸틴을 먹어보고 싶어 했습니다. 그럴때면, 저는 친구들을 데리고 이태원으로 향했습니다. 이태원은 외국인들이 가장 많이 찾는 서울의 거리입니다. 많은 외국인들이 이곳을 방문하며 국제적이고 다문화적인 볼거리가 많이 있습니다. 이태원에는 '오 푸틴!'이라는 가게가 있는데 저는 이 가게가 캐나다의 진짜  푸틴 맛을 경험할 수 맛집이라고 생각합니다.

Canada doesn't necessarily have cultural food as it is a very multi-cultural country. But when you ask this question, Canadians will usually answer by saying Maple Syrup or Poutine. Poutine is a dish from the Province of Quebec. It consists of French fries, cheese curds, and topped with gravy. When coming to Canada, you can find Poutine very easily. There are many stores in Canada that just serve many selections of Poutine. When I am living in Korea, many people ask about Canadian food. I just respond by telling them about poutine and of course they are interested in trying it. When this situation happens, I grab my friends and we head to Itaewon. Itaewon is a district in Seoul that foreigners are most attracted to. There are many foreigners and many international and multi-cultural influences. In Itaewon, there is a store called Oh Poutine! I approve of this store's poutine tasting authentically Canadian.
